The heat reacts with the chemicals in the plastic bottle, which releases dioxin into the water. Dioxin is a toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue. Use a glass bottle or stainless steel canteen, which you can find anywhere now since they are the new cool thing to drink out of.
In addition:
No plastic containers in the microwave
No water bottles in the freezer
No plastic wrap in the microwave
Fact: Fast food restaurants moved away from foam containers to paper, dioxin was one of the reasons.
I assume men should follow these general rules as well, but it is especially important for women.
