1st Grad Meeting Wrap-up

Flu shots will be available at school, and is important to get if you are under 24

We may get hand sanitation stuff in Whittier, the school added this to the main campus because of H1N1

If you have a sore throat, fever, flu like symptoms...STAY HOME

Don't walk alone at night, walk with your head up and don't listen to music

Call campus safety if you need an escort

Sign up for the alert text messages (signs in Whittier by the fridge)

Thomas talked about getting travel money. If you have a show that you need to travel to, or want to see something art related you can get reimbursed $50. He will put proposal sheets in the wall pockets by the bulletin board.

I reminded people about the blog, which if you are reading this you didn't need the reminder.

Amanda is in charge of setting up studio visits with the visiting artists so look out for her e-mails and reply if you are interested.

Ginny is working with a grad student from the U of M for crits between the two schools. She will have more info soon but they are looking at holding them on Sunday evenings and everyone is welcome. Look for more info from Ginny and check out the Critical Exchange blog (link on the right) to see what happened last year.
