Design an interactive project that engages and educates people of all ages about the creative process.
Application Procedure
This call for proposals is for graduate students from The Minneapolis College of Art and Design and The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Students working in all artistic media, art education, art history, architecture, philosophy and mathematics are encouraged to apply. You may apply as an individual or as a collaborative team. Special consideration will be given to collaborative teams that incorporate two or more of the above-mentioned disciplines.
Include diagrams and clearly annotated images of the work you are proposing, maximum 10 images (if via email, in jpeg format; if via post, 4”/6” photos, printed images, CD, DVD, slides, or video).
Include a resume, exhibition history, writing samples and any other relevant information or documentation that will provide a better understanding of your vision for Smart Space. Applications will not be returned.

Selection Process
Projects will be awarded based on quality of work, consideration of the context, feasibility and adherence to the overall mission of The Rochester Art Center. Conceptual concerns, originality, and visual impact are taken into consideration. The Rochester Art Center’s staff will review and select the submissions.
