Call for Art Reminder

Just a reminder that you can get reimbursed for the costs of entering shows.

After you have entered the show get some sort of receipt (they usually send a confirmation e-mail). What you need to get reimbursed:

Your name
What you entered (name of the show or gallery)
How much it cost

Take this sheet to Kristin Anhorn. If you don't go to the main campus that often I can give it to her as well.

Also... after you have been accepted in a show, if you need to ship your work you can get reimbursed for that too (or at least for part of it depending on how expensive it was). Again, they just need a receipt showing what it was for (in this case shipping for an event) and how much it cost.

It takes a few weeks to get the refund, but that's much better than having to pay for it all yourself!
